cancellation policy
REFUNDS are given if cancellation is made eight weeks before arrival date. There is a $100 service charge on all cancellations. There are no refunds for early departure. If you have made payments towards your reservation and cancel within the allowed time frame, you will receive a refund less the $100 cancellation fee.
THINGS TO KNOW
Towels are provided for all Motel & Motel Efficiency Units.
Towels are NOT provided to condo and cottage units.
There are coin operated washer and dryers on site for your use.
Other amenities include: Pool, Pavillion, Game Room, Gym, Firepits, BBQ, Lawn Games, etc.
Check in / out
We are so excited for your stay that we insist on meeting you upon your arrival. All visitors must stop by the front office to check in. At the end of your trip don't forget to check out at the front office and of course to say goodbye!
Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am.
If you feel you will be arriving later than the normal check in time, please let us know. We will arrange to have your key left for you at the front office. Please make sure the next morning you stop in and see us at the front office so we can say hello and go over any questions you may have about your stay and our facility.
payments
A deposit is needed to secure your reservation. A deposit of one night's stay is required on motel rooms and efficiencies. A $400 deposit is required for all 1 bedroom cottages, $550 deposit for 2 bedrooms and $700 deposit for 3 bedrooms. Deposits must be received within seven days of making the reservations or the reservation will be cancelled. All bookings made online will be charged the deposit using the credit card that was used to secure booking within 24-36 hours. Balance due can be paid by cash, money order, check or credit card upon arrival. Failure to make a deposit will result in reservation being canceled. Please see cancellation policy for refund policy.
